Rehoboth Board of Directors

All of the functions and activities of Rehoboth, including fiscal management, are overseen by the Board of Directors of Rehoboth Sampaloc Ministries.  The board is comprised of three Philippine nationals, one British expatriate and an American, all having a heart for improving the futures of children and families in the Philippines.

The Board is supported by the Rehoboth Sampaloc Ministries Membership.

Each year an AGM (Annual General Meeting) is held and members vote in the Board for the upcoming year.

Current Board Members

Frescian Canlas

With a strong background in Social Work and Development at the local and municipal level, Frecian brings strong directional insight and wisdom to the Rehoboth Executive Director with advice and counsel. 

Jeramieh Mira Babor

Jerah is a teacher and former staff member at Rehoboth. She is familiar with the inner workings of the organisation and serves as the secretary and treasurer to the Board.

Lt Colonel Ferdinand Cacas

Lt Colonel Ferdi is a strong community leader and as a well respected member of the community he provides important avenues for local support and focus for Rehoboth and leadership insight.

Philip Thoburn

As a long time expat businessman in the Philippines, Phillip brings business expertise and insight to the governance of Rehoboth. Phillip's connection and leadership within the Lighthouse Club organisation in the Philippines and their support of Rehoboth's development, started his long association with RSM. He has been a faithful support and compassionate guide for Rehoboth for over 20 years, since 1998.

Craig Druckenmiller

With over 20 years of support for Rehoboth Craig is a founding member of Sacred Portion Children's Outreach - the Rehoboth USA Partner Organisation. Craig  brings building, agricultural and business expertise to the board and a compassionate heart for children in crisis situations.
